Howdy-
I just visited your site looking for pumpkin pie bars and found I have bookmarked at least a dozen recipes! I've been baking vegan for almost 20 years (!!) and it's such a treat (excuse the pun!) to find such inspiring recipes and beautiful pictures.

My daughter would like a bittersweet chocolate mousse cake just like the one she had at a lovely bakery in Ashland, Wisconsin but we need to translate it into "vegan". I think your mousse is going to be very, very helpful in our attempt to veganize her cake.

Thanks so much for all of your efforts with your blog!
